Very Brief, they seem to be looking to sign anyone up with a license (LMSW or LCSW). I want to warn social workers that they pay ONLY $30.00 per each HOME VISIT for LMSWs and $40.00 for LCSWs. This is very low, other agencies pay $50-75. This should be unacceptable, it's an insult to our profession and the education and skills we bring to the work. I will not actually be working for them, found out the fee they pay and will not take the job. By the time you travel to home provide therapy, write up and print out (yes print out) your notes you will be lucky if you make minimum wage. Someone is making money here and it is not the therapist. Integrity is an ironic name for this company. Glassdoor is providing an important service here. Therapists do not accept this!
