Was first pre-screened by HR by phone, then a video interview happened with a manager a few days later. After the interview, they asked for an online background check, where we had to upload some ID. The job offer came after that.

Describe a stressful situation and how to overcome it
The process was lengthy in terms of the gap between two rounds of interviews, however, the process was smooth and easy I was explained about my role and the expectations from this role. Though the salary range is low in terms of work load, though it is manageable.
