I applied through LinkedIn, got a quick call and a invitation to complete a CAAT assessment... a bit curious, I started the tests, Look like the MENSA test (which I did 20 years ago..and pass, it's on my resume) then a behavioral test ..after a dozen questions I've stopped. filled the rest with average anything (3) and pass since they send me an email for an interview and the proctored re-test, LOL! PASS! These are WAY TOO INTRUSIVE, I'll expect a drug test, blood sample and a DNA test when it will be cheap to do (you know GATTACA ? ) which they have NO BUSINESS knowing. I've stopped the process then. I should have read the Glassdoor' review first. Get ready for their canned deaf-tone answer..
