First minutes of interview were OK, I presented my self and was hoping for a brief presentation of the company. That never came in. Since it was an introductory interview I was not expecting technical questions so it caught me off guard. Moreover the interview was in English language. which also was unexpected, since it is a Greek company, and both parties spoke Greek more fluently than English. As I was not prepared for this kind of interview, they briefly stated that we are not aligning, and never gave a chance to prove myself. Gave a vibe of bad level of professionalism and lack of respect.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intelistyle (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Mar 2023
Interview
I was late for 3 minutes for the interview, due to unexpected high load at my current job, and the interview was cancelled. I waited for 20 minutes in a Google Meet call to be let in, before checking my LinkedIn to find a short message informing me that the interview was cancelled even before I tried to join. I did not expect this level of time strictness, but perhaps it is normal in so high level startups like Intelistyle.
This incident let me know enough of what I needed to know, so I did not pursue a second interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intelistyle
Interview
The interview was very quick and to the point, they moved very quickly with the hiring process. The first telephone interview consisted in a bunch of AWS related questions, a few architecture questions and a few motivational ones. After that there was a relatively easy coding challenge (read a big jsonl file, and create a website which would allow you to search through the file). The final interview was a face to face which consisted in software architecture questions, a math brain teaser and motivational ones.
