I applied online. I interviewed at Intellectual Technology
Interview
The interview process was ridiculous. They only want to hire experienced people in the same line of work. If you are going up against anyone that has more experience than you, you have already lost. I did not get a 3rd interview to compete with this person they chose to hire. Although I didn't get the position, they told me they were hiring for a second position which was very misleading. They said they liked me and would let me know the next steps. I had to email them every two weeks, it was always some excuse. After being strung on for 6 weeks I finally asked when they planned on fulfilling the role. They said at the end of the 4th quarter which was 5 months away from my first interview. I do not think this company has the time to hire or train good candidates. It answered my question about the kind of culture here. They did not respect my time or life. I could have taken other job opportunities. I found it very rude and want to give others a heads up if they are going through this.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Intellectual Technology (Fort Wayne, IN) in Jan 2022
Interview
Phone interview with HR then in-person interview. HR told you about company. In-person you talked with manager and other employee. If you made it next stage another In-person interview with another team member.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intellectual Technology (Fort Wayne, IN) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process was formal, but comfortable. They asked tough questions, but they were related to the position. The process was quick. ITI likes to make things happen, which is a great environment to be a part of.
