Intelligent Processing Solutions Project Management interview questions

Operated as a selection day for multiple roles including Business Analysts, Senior Business Analysts, Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Programme Managers. There was one group who were in the morning and a second group in the afternoon but both groups had lunch together. Session consisted of - group activity working through a moral dilemma - looking at the group dynamic - individual presentation - interview - lunch - Q&A to CEO It was attended by most of their senior management so there was an excellent opportunity to meet them, ask questions and find out about the general direction. All over in one day, response within a couple of days. A very positive experience.
