Hiring process is a joke. They make no true attempt to sift out character flaws for officers who will work with diplomats and gov officials. The lack of oversight is horrible.

Interview was straight forward. Very easy, almost no interview at all. They just ask if you are able to fulfill all basic requirements. Interviewer goes over the basics of the job.
