4 stages total: phone screen, technical interview, take-home challenge, live coding Interviewers were completely unprepared, they were trying to come up with questions on the spot. During the live coding part interviewer was not able to clearly communicate and gave sarcastic comments instead.

An extremely odd process with no human interaction! Initial contact was through a recruiter, and I received what would normally have been a 2nd round technical exercise in advance, and a scheduled time for a first interview. Having completed the task with no context in a very narrow timeframe, I was told the morning of the interview that I wouldn’t be receiving a link to video call as they were unhappy with with what was submitted. No opportunity to ever talk to anyone at the company, to understand how they work, what they are like, or to receive any feedback. Comes across as discourteous and disorganised.
