After applying HR quickly got back to me and scheduled a phone interview. This led to a meeting with the team manager and other company leaders. The process was well managed and professional.

I was asked about my professional background, my personal goals, and my career aspirations, including what I would do for Interfor. I was also given a technical operations question to solve. Finally I was asked to critique some statistical analysis and reports.
