Interim Physicians interview questions

Initial same day phone screen. Disorganized, only asked one broad question then loosely explained the position. Invited to come in for an interview, which I drove 4 hours for, but I needed a job. Office looked like they had just moved in. Interviewed again with the same person and was again given only a broad question along the lines of "tell me about yourself." He then proceeded to loosely describe the position and industry once again. I later talked to 2 others on the team I'd be working with. One was wonderful and answered questions well, the other sounded intoxicated and barely slurred 3 word answers to my questions. A few days later they actually sent me documentation of their joke of a benefits package and strongly hinted at an offer. They then ghosted me after all of this, without a word, despite my long drive to meet them. Highly unprofessional. The plethora of bad reviews are all true.

Before accepting the set up phone interview with Dominique Antonino, I was hesitant on taking the phone call. Yes, I was skeptical because upon researching, I came across some not very pleasing reviews. I chose to take the phone call because I am a strong believer that everyone experience variates depending on how people respond with each other. However, while discussing what my interest where and what the expectations would be, most of my questions were disregarded. The recruiter was not only dismissive but rude. He was real vague and could work on his people skills. Even if I was offered an opportunity in this company, I would not take it. Trust your instincts people. If I could give it a negative review I would.
