Interview
Each Intermix location was very welcoming and clear of the requirements needed for the job. Each store vibe is different and it's easy for the applicant to see if this is the store for them.
The interview was first over the phone then one in person, fairly straight forward and to the point about the role and asked about client relationships. They also ask about ability to sell both on the floor and then through clienteling.
