The interview is was your basic interview with the team leader, manager and another employee. Basic questions and a general feel for personality seemed to be the basis of the interview. since it as an entry level position no technical questions or tests were given. Being positive and compassionate seemed to help quite a bit.

Basic simple interview...
They gloss over a lot of the benefits of working for IHC etc.
Just sound confident and act competent...mostly they are looking for someone who is going to stay around for awhile.
