I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Internal Data Resources in May 2013
Interview
I was treated very well during the interview process. It started off with a basic phone call then a face to face interview with a couple members of the team. I then got to do some shadowing, which was unique but beneficial.
The follow-up was the best I have ever expereinced. Expectations were also very clear and met each time. I loved the people, the company and what they had to offer but chose not to move cities and stay home where I am from due to personal reasons, and unfortunately, they do not have an office here.

Question 1
What would your last boss say about you? What are you not good at? What can you bring to the team? Why IDR?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Internal Data Resources (Nashville, TN) in Feb 2024
Interview
Great interview, good questions, felt personal, wanted to know about your morals, and experience, and why you want the job. Overall, very impressed. Also received feedback from each employee. I felt confident for my next round after the feedback was given.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Internal Data Resources (Dallas, TX) in May 2023
Interview
I just did a phone interview and it was the most unprofessional interview. It started 10 minutes late and was the most degrading interview. The interview was very informal and he was very rude. Spent more time undermining my abilities than trying to learn more about me and sell the company. He said he had been working for the company for 11 years, but his LinkedIn shows 8 years and those 8 years were broken up with two jobs in between. At the end, he asked if I could “handle” the job. Excuse me? Also, when I asked about work culture, he just talked about them throwing parties and having ping pong tables and foosball tables. Didn’t say anything about the actual culture and how the people and supervisors are. Major red flags all around. At the end, I told him I was not interested. He spent a lot of time complaining about the job rather than praising.
