Interview
I applied with CV and cover letter. They agreed to schedule the interview on Skype as I was in a different country.
The interview had standard questions about my studies, research, experience and about the role (why I wanted it)
Straightforward interview process. They focus mostly on what experience you have on your CV, as it ties to their projects. A pro tip is to apply for the unit you are most firmly rooted in. The process is fair and merit-based.
