International Centre for Migration Policy Development interview questions

Began by submitting a CV and Cover Letter. About a month(?) later I received the invite to a written assessment, and permission to contact my references. Then 1-2 weeks later was invited for a virtual 3-person interview.

Quick and straight forward. Had to answer written questions relevant to role before interview. After that the interview focused on those questions and some general interview questions. There were 3 people on the Panel, 2 Managers and a colleague who was in the role I applied for.
