Multiple interviews were scheduled until the final round of interviews which consisted of two final candidates. One was hired and the other was ghosted. After a couple attempts to make contact with the association, no contact was ever a made in kind by IDA. This is extremely disappointing in general but also unprofessional, especially for a company attempting to rehab their image.
