Very inefficient and long procedures of recruitment: submission of application, waiting for several weeks to months, video and written exam, wait for several weeks, final interview with 3 to 4 panels and waiting forever...

Interview
First a video + excel + written test (mainly technical questions). Then in-person interview in paris, both technical and about my previous work experience. Quite tough in general, but overall good experience.
