I applied on LinkedIn, then got an email to set up an interview. The first was a very simple interview with the National Director. She relied on my resume a lot, and asked about specific experience. She seems to go with her gut and not overcomplicate. Next, the person the role reported to had a call with each candidate to understand their current roles and skills. I'd say this was a pretty chill, vibes based interview.
