Interviews follow a standard set of questions with panellists taking turns to ask questions. The panel was friendly and well prepared and included the line manager and other people I will work with. The interview lasted 45 minutes.

The interview was very straightforward and went well. I didn’t get the position but I requested that they provide feedback on my performance which they did.
