I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at International (Lisle, IL) in May 2016
Interview
Contacted through one of their internal recruiters about the position. Quick phone interview with recruiter just to cover my experience and make sure I was qualified for the position at hand. Offered an in person interview and sat with the team lead, department lead, and department director at once. Interview went smooth, definitely caught me off guard with a couple questions, but they were just being thorough. Was offered the position but turned it down to a discrepancy between recruiters advertised salary (what i was looking for) and final offer salary (no increase from my current position). Overall a good and painless exercise and would consider the opportunity to interview for another position with them in the future.

Question 1
Why I am considering the move from my current employer? Why was I choosing to make the move to Navistar?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at International in Oct 2023
Interview
Two day-long process, which includes 2 45 minute interviews, and several hours of presentation that you must attend and actively participate in. Huge waste of time, especially for the candidates who they know they'll reject after the first interview. They also took several weeks to respond and ignored all follow-up emails, which is very unprofessional and extremely rude.
The interview was very straight forward and was not at all intimidating and the people who I spoke with were very nice. I really enjoyed speaking with them and I heard a follow up shortly after.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at International (Lisle, IL)
Interview
Started with a dinner with directors and vice presidents in product development. Next day was 3 sets behavioral interviews with senior engineers and a tour of the Lisle and Melrose Park facilities
