Interview with a four person panel. Very corporate. Lots of mansplaining from the two folks in the conference room at "HQ". Big disconnect from the two field office reps. Could tell the culture of the organization was very upstairs/downstairs in attitude.
I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (Seattle, WA)
Interview
Respectful, engaged, human-centric. Enjoyed getting to know the panelists. Allowed to express my interests and describe my skills. Efficient but not rushed. They provided interview questions in advance, allowing time to consider the answers and lower stress.

Interview
I applied for the position. IRC got in touch within a week. The period between application submission and first interview was quite fast. I liked that. Even though I did not proceed beyond the first round, IRC was clear on the criteria selection for next steps, which I liked as well.
