I submitted my materials online, received a call for a basic screening interview and then was requested to come to the office for an interview with my potential supervisor. The whole process was quick and smooth.

Interview
First there was a phone screening, then an in-person interview was scheduled with two case managers. Being bi-lingual is definitely a plus. They asked some scenario questions, such as if you can't communicate with a client through language and you don't have access to a translator for instance, how would you communicate?

Very informal, had to call the manager so see if my application had gone through. Interview was maybe 15 minutes, my boss later said it was just to make sure I wasn't weird.
