I spent about 2 hours preparing, only to face a 12-minute interview with a mere 4 questions. The hiring manager seemed extremely bored. They wanted to move forward with a 2nd round HR conversation, but after a lot of back-and-forth, nothing was ever scheduled. The whole process felt extremely disorganized, and I wouldn't waste my time.
