Interview
The interview process was no hassle kind. I was referred by one of the employee, then HR calls with one call with CEO of the company to screen my communication skills. After a day, HR called to setup the telephonic interview call. I was interviewed by one of their employee to screening on basic programming, Java fundamentals & OO concepts.
