1. HR just download your resume and talks to you for 10 min and try to impress you to join. (says : have you heard about Intex mobile 15 years ago ? we are the same company )
2. Then CMD himself takes a telephonic round of 10 min and then decide
3. Final offer roll our by HR
4. Very simple
