This was a 4-step interview process. I went through a 3rd party recruiter who prepped me for the process. Then it was an interview with 1) the internal recruiter, 2) the hiring manager and 3) a panel interview with upper management.
Very transparent, responsive and straightforward. All parties made themselves available for questions after my interviews and I was able to negotiate some terms of the offer. Comparatively speaking, this was a really positive experience which had a lot to do with why I accepted their offer.
