Intrepid Pursuits User Experience Design interview questions

Simple, transparent and straightforward. 3 step process with initial phone screen, phone interview with design team member and finally the on-site half day marathon with 4 more members of the company across different departments including, design, management etc. over a very enthusiastic team to work with. The recruiter was also extremely easy going yet very professional all along the entire process from interview to offer to first day on the job.
