The interview process was straight forward and easy. Through the UNB co-op office we summited our resume and cover letters to the company. If they liked what we had they would offer us an interview. The interview was between 15-30 minutes asking us about our experience in computer science and them asking us questions about who we are

It began with an HR screening interview after applying, the second round was a one on one interview, then finally more of a panel style interview with multiple employees. Good vibes and questions allowed lots of space for my own answers

Was contacted from the Introhive team and invited in for an interview. They wanted to know my history in the industry. Hear some stories about issues and how they were solved. They were communicative, friendly. No complaints.

Interview
After a very friendly interview and a technical interview shortly afterwards, I already felt quite comfortable entering the in-person interview around an open table. The interviewers present turned questions into more of a conversation, giving some context to my qualifications and making the situation even more comfortable, especially with the small talk interspersed. I didn't even notice the hour passing by!
