Straight forward and delightful. Excellent management and interviewers made me feel completely comfortable.
A vast array of questions and ideas were traded to gauge what I felt and if I was made for the team.
Was smooth and simple, interviewers asked really good questions to gain an insight of my CV and answered my questions well. Was via teams so very convenient and DBS process was smooth too.

Interview
I did a virtual interview with the hiring manager. It was easy for me because I had some experience in customer service/call centre. They just want to find out if you have relevant experience and can learn fast. I did a 30 minutes interview and got an offer within hours after.
