Multiple interviews. Hr then regional manger then vp. Standard questions. Interesting company always doing a lot of hiring. Previous rep likely got dismissed for underperforming. High expectation culture from the sounds of it.

Sent me detailed info after call giving exact timeline of anticipated date to fill role w start date and all details of training dates.
Hiring manager called next day.
Met a week later.
Easy. Standard interview process with recruiting manager, then with management, and then director. Usually ride along before final interview with senior leadership. Pretty standard for industry. Got offered the job about a week later. Way easier and less hassle than other med device companies
