Interview
Interview process happened very quickly. I showed my interest in a career fair and heard back within two weeks to do an interview. The interview was an introduction, resume review, and any questions relevant to the job. After about three weeks, I heard back and got asked to do another interview. The second interview reviewed my resume and asked technical questions regarding my experience. After the review, the interviewer provided feedback regarding the interview which was helpful. The interview is about an hour each.

What is additive and subtractive manufacturing? What are the different types of manufacturing processes? Differences between cast, forged & billet metal. What did you learn/gain from your experiences?
