      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuitive

      Interview

The interview process is also known as the gauntlet, as a long series of interviews (believe had a series of 4 - 5 interviews) with people at multiple levels at the company. This will result in a blue badge upon hiring. Another path is through being hired as a contractor (yellow badge), which can also lead toward a blue badge. As with many other companies, employee referrals tend to be the most direct path for open positions.

      Anonymous employee
      Sunnyvale, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuitive (Sunnyvale, CA) in May 2022

      Interview

Recruiter call first then interview with hiring manager. Move onto panel interview after then they make their decision. Recruiter call is mainly reviewing high level resume to make sure qualified and that would be a good fit for role/company. Then hiring manager/panel is more technical.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Asked experience with quality management, regulations, validations, and reviewing drawings. Asked to provide example of when had to tell someone no and how to work through it.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuitive (San Jose, CA) in Jul 2020

      Interview

I have always had a positive experience interviewing with Intuitive, however, this time was even better. Shirala Hansrajh was my recruiter and she did a really good job familiarizing me with the position, team as well as the company. She was connected with me throughout the whole process and personally called me to let me know that they won't be moving ahead, which in my experience a lot of companies don't. Overall, my experience was really positive

Thank you very much for leaving such a great review about Shirala; we are very happy to have her as part of our recruiting team. Your feedback has been shared with her, her manager, and our Talent Acquisition leadership. Though you did not receive an offer this time, we do hope you'll consider us again in the future if your skills, experience, and career goals align with another open position.
