Interview
I have been working in the engineering/tech field for over 15 years and have had the opportunity to work for some wonderful companies including Intel, Dell, IBM, Cardinal Health, Foxconn among others. Unfortunately many companies do not realize that they’re hiring process is filled with obstacles and annoyances. That was not the case with intuitive Surgical. The process was smooth and well planned out. They knew exactly what they were looking for and went out of their way to make my transition as painless as possible. I highly recommend looking into this company.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? About your background About your previous experience
Very Long interview with unrelated job questions, and not even called or emailed back with decision to move forward with you or with other application, was a real waste of time and energy.
I applied online. I interviewed at Intuitive (San Francisco, CA) in May 2020
Interview
It was a pleasant experience. I was most surprised that they responded back to me within the timeline they stated they would even though I didn't get the position. I've interviewed with many companies and they don't even bother letting you know if you didn't get the position while you could be waiting days, weeks or months. Doing what they stated was a welcome surprise.
