I was fast tracked through 3 interviews and then told the position has been filled internally. A few days later, their in-house recruiter contacted me asking if I’d be interested in continuing the interview process. I agreed and met with the senior manager. The last remaining interview was with the panel of 4 that I had completed my individual interviews. A month went by with no contact, so I reached out to the recruiter who responded immediately stating that I was still a candidate. Another month went by and no contact. I followed up again and this time, I was passed around. No one could find any record of my interview process. The position is still posted. They also sent me an independent survey of their recruitment process which I answered honestly. I was disappointed at first but now glad it did not move forward after reflecting on how I’d been treated. It’s a clear indication of what is going on inside their doors.
