Interview
The President interviewed me.
He asked questions that dealt more with my experience in the field.
What I did in my old jobs, did I know how to do certain things in the pharmaceutical industry, why R&D.
Zero questions about how I get along with people and manage stress.
He said I still needed training so they wouldn’t be able to give me my requested pay.
At the end of the interview I knew I wasn’t getting the job.
