Process started with phone screen. Very friendly and informative, the screen went well. Next was an in-person interview. I met with 3 interviewers one at a time, each of whom was easy to talk to. The interview was not very technical, and seemed to focus more on past experience than demonstrating abilities. Interview period lasted around 2 hours.
The office itself was a big turn off. It is packed with old, tall cubicles and seemed very low-tech overall. The conference room the interview was held in had an old CRT TV and VCR haphazardly stacked on top of some other stuff. The company should look into a new office space or sprucing up the current one.
If you don't mind the drab office space, the company itself seems to be going places and the employees are friendly.
