Initial phone screening call with HR to discuss background/fit with position. Actual interview process consisted of several back to back interviews with management. The interviews were more discussion based/behavioral and everyone was very cordial and happy to answer any questions.

Interview
I had an Initial informal meet and greet meeting. A Follow-up call came from a recruiter asking about work history and experience. I then got invited for an in-person formal interview with four different VPs. Finally the recruiter called me a few weeks later to extend the offer.
