I met with several people from the department over the course of four weeks. The interviews mostly focused on behavioral questions, prior experience, and my interest in the firm. I was coming from a separate field and it seemed like they were willing to teach you.

Interview
1st round was a screener phone call with HR. They asked basic questions to make sure your skills match the job. 2nd and 3rd rounds were with individuals from the team I was interviewing for. They mostly focused on determining if I was competent. Seemed like they are confident in their ability to teach the industry to new-comers. 4th round was in the Chicago office after a tour of the work space. I met with several individuals on the team then the big boss came in.
