HR telephonic round followed by F2F invitation
Only one round of interview with HR, content manager and marketing manager (from china). It was more of Group Panel Interview
Final Round was supposed to be from China via skype
All the questions revolved around content creation, experience, education and then personal whereabouts (background). They crossed their limits in some of the questions.
Wouldn't recommend as the company is too small and its in growing phase. Had an impression that anyone who would like to get a promotion, will have to wait for years.
