1. Initial recruitment from an external third party recruiter; phone call to gauge interest in the role and a high-level overview of the org's culture
2. A second interview with a senior team member to further assess whether the candidate was a good fit. Verified skillset is desired and transferable to the industry. Provided key insights into current employee's desires to learn quickly and exit within 2-3 years max, which was disturbing. Confirmed org has moved to a stable state but still in startup mode. Explained it is a risk for any candidate to consider and worth it to explore further.
3. A 5-member panel in-person interview at CLT HQ. A quick tour of the location was provided. There was a great deal of genuine enthusiasm felt. Each 20-30 minute session of this interview phase was insightful and consistent. There was true transparancy of what a new hire would be expected to know within 90 days of onboarding.
