I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Invoca (Denver, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
Invoca's interview process was great as it was lengthy, but complete. I had an initial phone screen with the company recruiter which was about getting to know me, my background as well as basic questions to pull whether or not I had researched the company. Following that interview, I was moved into an onsite interview with the hiring manager as well as a team of managers from other departments. I was asked to give a presentation to the team with specific topics of discussion to learn more about my experience & culture fit, as well as my passion for management and the product Invoca sells. If you think you could not be prepared and get the job, think again. The presentation portion was a lot of work, but I think it weeded out those who were really vested in the company and the future of the company. Final interview was with the SVP of Sales who was interested in knowing more about me, my leadership and value I would bring to Invoca. Throughout the entire process, everyone was prepared, asked great and tough questions, but made the process conversational.

I'm so glad you had a positive experience! We do know interviewing can be a really difficult process and we want candidates to walk away from their experience feeling their time and strengths are valued.
