I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Io-Tahoe (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and the interviewer was very kind and approachable. About one hour of interview.
We talked about the company aims and how I could contribute with my skills. They asked me about my industry background and the interviewer also explained about herself.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Io-Tahoe (Bengaluru) in May 2019
Interview
Very Unprofessional during the entire interview process!
I was called by the recruiter of the company for the interview process. There were one VC round with Ops Manager, 2 face to face rounds with the HR Manager & the CTO.
I was confirmed by the recruiter that I was selected and the package discussion was also done. But when its time to release the offer, the recruiter vanished. I never received any call from the HR which I was supposed to receive as stated by the recruiter. Each time, I was calling the recruiter for the offer status, she was giving me different excuses – offer is getting approved by business, HR manager is on leave, business will take 2 weeks to roll out offer, many employees are travelling onsite, business is busy as they are tying up with different vendors etc. When I asked her to tell me clearly if I am selected or rejected, she would tell me that I have been selected till the end. After few weeks, I again called her to check on the offer status and she told me that the position has got freezed and I am free to join any other offer.
Now, my advice to the management is if you are not sure of which position to open the Req for, please don’t waste candidate’s time & money. I know this is a start up company but it’s not that new too that the basic standards are not yet set up. The candidate should be given a clear & straight update on the interview status and not to be kept hanging with different excuses. Moreover, final discussion on package (that is decided for that candidate) is not to be done until u are sure of hiring that candidate.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Io-Tahoe (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
I had interviewed for this position last year. This was one of the worst and most unprofessional interviews of my life. Firstly the interview was scheduled for 2 PM and the HRr in the last minute changed the time to 11 AM. Since this was an in-person interview i made sure i left on time considering NY sub way and train system. I had to change 2 trains. I went there on time and the HR tells me the interview time changed to 12:00. I waited there for almost an hour. Then the CTO comes and brags about the company and tells me how they were a start up and they work for more than 15-16 hours a day. I would be expected to do the same.
