Interview
Contacted by a 3rd party recruiter to work for a Japanese Iodine production plant located in Oklahoma.
Set up phone interview about a week after submitting my resume.
Flew out to interview in front of the CEO, Plant Manager, Chief Engineer and Vice President.
Pleasant and easy going people, there were very few technical questions but lots of Japanese.
Work culture seemed very relaxed and easy going, mostly consisted of locals who worked at the plant as long as it has existed (~30 years)
