Iovance Biotherapeutics interview questions

The interview process was horrible the interviewer seems bothered and conducting the interview was just formality for him.i know the company is a stray up but the sr manager had little to know compliance knowledge so the questions were more personality based and how well you would fit in with his group . Recruiter also mentioned you wouldn’t be hired if you did not fit in with the group not very professional if your worried about difference in opinions. Ended up getting a different temp position onsite and found that the company has a generous referral bonus and the way manager refers people then hires them to get the bonus often times people he worked with previously with no background for the role.

It was on zoom, broken up to multiple pieces due to scheduling stakeholders. If stakeholders availablity allows, it could have been a single day process. You interview with a few departments to understand how your role interacts with theirs. Sometimes if there are additional questions afterwards, they may follow up with another interview.
