Ipanema Solutions interview questions

It was completely weird walking in. It was less than 15 minutes and the focus was on being able overcome a simple multiple project task. I’m turn I created basic conversation to ease the atmosphere.

Interview started late as I watched the Manager leaving the facility as I arrived. There was a really awkward exchange with an employee who seemed to have no idea what to tell me. When I was finally taken to the room for the interview, the manager was wearing his AirPods but yet I was told in the email for the interview that I should dress professionally. He seemed very unqualified to be conducting an interview. Then also made a statement about “We expect you to come to work and perform at a high level. You are expected not to call off as it affects the whole operation. “ I am an adult and I go to work so I wasn’t sure why he felt the need to put that in an initial interview. I was told there would be an online assessment to determine my skill level. I think I’ve seen all I need to see here.
