It took 6 weeks for 2 interviews. First interview was conducted by 3 Directors and 2nd was more of technical interview cum discussion. I throughly enjoyed both the interviews. After 6 weeks, they provided rejection reason saying in accordance with company culture and values, they decided to promote internal candidate. I felt that their leadership is not mature enough to realise this sooner. I wonder why they even opened this role if they didn’t want to hire any external candidate, what a futile use of candidates' time!!
