Starting with a video and written application, and then into the 20 minute online interview. The interview was a very relaxed and calming atmosphere which made the experience much better. The next round was assessment centres which involved a two minute passion presentation, a group case study and presentation and finally another 20 minute interview. The whole day was amazing l, getting to meet and chat with new people and discuss what the job involved. I gained a lot of valuable knowledge!

The assessment Center was such a fun day. We had to prepare a 90sec presentation on something we were passionate about which i really enjoyed. Afterward we completely case study and a 1to1 interview.
