CV review by HR, called for an interview using the STAR interview methodology, heard back approx. a month later to offer me a position,
The interview lasted approx. 20 minutes, had two people present who were taking notes.
Friendly interview with manager and additional staff member. As per provided interview guidelines, career and education background question, 3 STAR questions based on UE values, technical question which was not graded

Sent application, received call to in invite me for interview. STAR methodology interview (5 questions, in person with 2 interviewers). I didn't get follow up questions. Interview listed around 30 mins.
Took a month at least to get an answer/offer.
