I had a strange sequence of interviews. By the third virtual interview, there were 4 company representatives who sat panel style which was very uncomfortable. The team there seemed more interested in talking to each other than me. The CEO pushed a narrative of "we don't want a know it all," while he was a very condescending know it all. I ended up removing myself from the applicant list.

It was fine, I suppose. I wasn't overly impressed by any of the personalities or description of work, but it was a just a first impression. Turns out they don't offer close to the industry standard for strategists so it was mostly a waste of my time at the end of the day.
