I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ironklad Studios (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
In-person interview with lunch. I had to pay for parking as well. It was just a normal interview. The weather was nice. It wasn't that professional. I don't think they have an HR department.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ironklad Studios (West Hollywood, CA) in May 2018
Interview
I applied on the company website with a cover letter/resume/portfolio. Within a week I was asked if I was available for a project. They asked how soon I could come in so I setup a time a few hours after the call, since I live locally.
At the studio I was given a quick NDA and a tour of the studio setting and workspace. I was offered refreshments and snacks from their kitchen area. They went over the project details and timeframe and deliverables and asked me some questions. I started the next day.
